Crane operator (Iceland) (m / f / nb)

The main responsibilities of the employed person include:

• operating a tower crane and other required machines
• assisting in the assembly of steel structures
• installation of sandwich panels and facade cladding
• installation of sheet metal work and other external finishing elements
• performing general construction and physical work when the crane is not in use

Requirements:

• communicative knowledge of English is welcome (allowing for communication in the workplace)
• experience in the above-mentioned position
• category B driving license and a car
• valid qualifications for operating a tower crane
• experience in operating tower cranes
• experience in operating telescopic loaders, e.g. Manitou 2260
• experience in operating loading cranes, e.g. Fassi F660 mounted on a Scania truck
• experience in construction work, preferably in the assembly of steel structures, sandwich panels, and facade cladding
• certificate of no criminal record
