Car mechanic (m / f / nb)

The main responsibilities of the employed person include:

• reviewing the vehicle engine and mechanical and electrical components for accurate diagnosis of faults
• checking the vehicle’s computer and electronic systems for repair, maintenance, and updates
• performing routine maintenance tasks (fluid changes, lubricating parts, etc.) to ensure the functionality and durability of the vehicle
• repairing or replacing damaged parts and troubleshooting (e.g., leaks)
• maintaining equipment and tools in good condition
• working mainly with German brands
• working in a single shift system: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• communicative knowledge of English or Dutch (good level)
• documented experience as a car mechanic
• knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle components
• practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
• ability to operate various tools and heavy equipment (e.g., lifts)
• willingness to adhere to all safety measures to protect against accidents and chemicals
• relevant education, vocational training, or completed vocational practice (preferred)
• category B driving license
