The main responsibilities of the employed person include:
- reading and interpreting technical drawings and project models
- inputting the product design into computer modeling software
- selecting and loading appropriate cutting tools into the machine
- loading raw materials into the CNC machine
- setting machine parameters according to product specifications
- troubleshooting technical issues during the production process
- conducting quality control during production and on the finished product
- cleaning and maintaining the machine
Requirements:
- communicative knowledge of English or Dutch
- ability to program independently from the machine’s control panel
- very good knowledge of the Heidenhain control system
- experience working with large and medium-sized details
- documented experience in the position of CNC programmer
- proficiency in using computer modeling software
- ability to perform physical work (standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects)
- high attention to detail and punctuality
- category B driving license
